ღონისძიების თემა იყო ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე სენსიტიური და აქტუალური საკითხი თანამედროვე სამყაროში, ევთანაზია და სიცოცხლის შეწყვეტის უფლება, რაც აერთიანებს ისეთ მნიშვნელოვან თემებს, როგორებიც არის მედიცინა, სამართალი, ეთიკა და ადამიანის უფლებები.
ღონისძიება გახსნა თორნიკე ჯანგირაშვილმა, GAU-ს სტუდენტმა და GAU-GYHA-ს პრეზიდენტმა, რომელმაც ისაუბრა იმაზე, თუ რამდენად მნიშვნელოვანია ახალგაზრდებისთვის ასეთი რთული და ეთიკური დილემების განხილვა, განსაკუთრებით მათთვის, ვინც სამომავლოდ მუშაობას აპირებს მედიცინის, სამართლის ან საერთაშორისო ურთიერთობების სფეროში.

სპიკერმა ისაუბრა ადამიანის ღირსებაზე, პროფესიულ პასუხისმგებლობაზე, ეთიკის, მორალის, სამართლისა და მედიცინის გადაკვეთაზე, რაც ევთანაზიის საკითხში განსაკუთრებულად აქტუალური და საკამათოა.
ღონისძიება იყო ინტერაქციული, სტუდენტებმა აქტიურად მიიღეს მონაწილეობა, დასვეს კითხვები და წარადგინეს თავიანთი მოსაზრებები. შეხვედრას ესწრებოდნენ სტუდენტები 6 სხვადასხვა უნივერსიტეტიდან, რაც ღონისძიებას კიდევ უფრო მრავალფეროვანს და ინფორმაციულს ხდიდა.

The event focused on one of the most sensitive and relevant topics in today’s world euthanasia and the right to die, exploring key questions at the intersection of medicine, law, ethics, and human dignity.
The lecture was opened by Tornike Jangirashvili, a student at GAU and GAU-GYHA president, who spoke about the importance of discussing challenging ethical topics, especially for students preparing to enter the fields of medicine, law, and international relations.

– Grigol Robakidze University
Dr. Tabeshadze shared his expertise on the ethical, moral, legal, and medical aspects of end of life decisions, emphasizing the complex balance between autonomy, dignity, and professional responsibility.
The event was highly interactive, with students actively engaging in discussion and raising thoughtful questions. Participants included students from six different universities, making it a truly diverse and enriching academic experience.
