ხობელი ფიზიკოსი მიხეილ ალანია


მიხეილ ალანია
ცნობილი მეცნიერი მიხეილ ალანია დაიბადა 1935 წლის 30 აპრილს ხობის რაიონის სოფელ შუა ქვალონში. 1942-1953 წლებში სწავლობდა ქვალონის სკოლაში; ხოლო, 1953-1958 წლებში  თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის ფიზიკის ფაკულტეტზე. 1958 წელს მუშაობა დაიწყო საქართველოს მეცნიერებათა აკადემიის გეოფიზიკის ინსტიტუტის კოსმოსური სხივების განყოფილებაში. მ. ალანიამ 1967 წელს დაიცვა საკანდიდატო დისერტაცია.
მ. ალანია 1969 წელს აირჩიეს გეოფიზიკის ინსტიტუტის კოსმოსური სხივების განყოფილების გამგედ, ხოლო 1988 წელს მიენიჭა პროფესორის წოდება.
1993 წელს მიხეილ ალანია მიწვევით გადადის პოლონეთში და იწყებს მუშაობას ქალაქ სიედლიცეს უნივერსიტეტის მათემატიკისა და ფიზიკის ინსტიტუტში. 1994-2014 წლებში იყო ამავე ინსტიტუტის ფიზიკის კათედრის გამგე.
მიხეილ ალანიას საერთაშორისო ჟურნალებში გამოქვეყნებული აქვს 50-ზე მეტი სამეცნიერო სტატია. მ. ალანიას თანაავტორობით გამოქვეყნებულია 250-ზე მეტი სამეცნიერო ნაშრომი და სამი მონოგრაფია კოსმოსური სხივების და კოსმოფიზიკის დარგში.
2009 წელს, მ. ალანიას პოლონეთის პრეზიდენტმა ლეხ კაჩენსკიმ გადასცა ოქროს მედალი პოლონეთში ხანგრძლივი მეცნიერული მოღვაწეობისთვის.
მიხეილ ალანია გარდაიცვალა 2020 წლის მაისში.
